Due to the resignation of the Chair, Annamarie McGlanaghey, an EGM was called with a view to electing a new Chair for Staynor Hall Community Centre.  7-day's notice were given from the announcement of the meeting to the date it was actually held. 

Nominations were invited from the floor for the position of Chair.  Nobody was nominated, therefore Ben Anderson offered to relinquish his position as Treasurer and step into the Chair position.  This was unanimously agreed.  Therefore, Ben Anderson was elected as Chair. 

Discussion was held regarding the need for a Vice Chair to support Ben Anderson and to cover for any absence.  It was unanimously agreed that a Vice Chair was required.  Ben Anderson nominated Craig Danks, and this was seconded by Julie Williamson.  This was unanimously agreed.  Therefore, Craig Danks was elected as Vice Chair. 

As the election of Ben Anderson to Chair now left the Treasurer position vacant, nominations were invited for Treasurer.  Nobody was nominated for Treasurer, therefore Nataly BurgosCrossley offered to take the role.  This was unanimously agreed.  Therefore Nataly BurgosCrossley was elected as Treasurer. 



Nominations were invited from the floor for Secretary.  Julie Williamson was nominated by Ben Anderson and seconded by Craig Danks.  This was unanimously agreed.  Therefore, Julie Williamson was re-elected as Secretary. 

It was agreed that John Tweedlie, Clare Danks and Vicky Smith would be put forward to be Trustees.
