## **Structure Governance and Management** 

Urban Learning Youth is a CIO, and trustees are appointed. The trustees are responsible for overseeing the charity’s activities and deciding how the funds are spent. The day-to-day running of the charity is left to the Senior Managing Officer of the Charity, who works in collaboration with an administrative staff, some part-time staff (all volunteers) and people on placement for academic and work experience reasons.

## **Objectives and Activities:** 

The charity's objects are to act as a resource for young people in London and its surrounding areas, and in other major cities in England and Wales. By offering advice, support, and opportunities through education, sports, and other activities, we help them develop essential skills, improve their life chances, and grow into independent, mature, and responsible members of the community. 

During this financial year, the charity remained dormant. No charitable activities were undertaken, and no funds were raised or spent. The trustees used this period to review plans and ensure good governance, with the intention of commencing active operations in the next financial year
