**Activities:** We are one of the nations Men's Shed part of UKMSA, to provide a workshop and social centre particularly for but not exclusively for men, to help maintain their health and wellbeing, make new friends and enjoy working together on a range of projects, and assist the local community in practical ways whenever possible.
