Policy on social investment induding program related invèstment Cardiff River5 Group is run entirely by volurrteers. The Board o)nsists of 10 members all of whom dedite a significant amount of time to the charity. In addrtion. we now have in eXsS of 800 people on our distribution list and regularly have over 40 peopÈ at our events. Details of their achvementS are below. For a number of years have pathered ith Tier ran the hire bike stheme across Cardiff. We would recover their bikes from water o)urses and in retum they donated all their rap metal to us. Sadly Tier temiinated their contract with Cardrff Council on 31S1 December 2023. They asked us along another tharity Pedal Power to help dispose of all unusable materials and bikes (of which there was a lot). As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
