Cardiff Rivets Group is run entirely by volunteers. The Board consists of 11 members all of whom dedicate a significant amount of time to the charty. In addition we now have in ex(Ess of 8CQ people on our distiibub'on list and will regularfy have in eX￿sS of 40 people at our events. Details of their ach￿vementS are below. Financial Review Review of the chanty's financial position at the er¥J of the period P•a 1.21 The chanty is in a far stronger financial posrtion at the end of the financial year than was ants'cipated at the beginning of the year thanks to the generosrty of our supporters both individuals and organisations. As su¢h the chanty is able to cover its running costs for the foreseeable future. The trustees will now consider how best to utilise the reserves to help in some small way to alleviate the effects of the Cost of living and general crisis bein faced at the moment. The original requirement for holding reserves was to build up SUffic￿nt funding in order to purchase a new vehide. Thanks to the generosity of supporters this was achieved wtth lrttle impad on the reserves. As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
