There are no specific policies and procedures for inductionltraining of trustees. How¢ver, they
are inducted according to individual requirements. A copy of th¢ Trust Deed is supplied. along
with the Trust policies and procedures and rA)pies of recent ly)ard meeting minutes and accounts.

ar¢ minimised by the implementation of procedur¢s for the authorisation of all tranwtions by the
team and reviews on a regular basis.
