whole.|Para 1.20|Flat Pack Music performed a variety of
operas and music galas this year. Ticket
prices were kept as low as reasonable to
encourage as wide a range of audience as
possible. Advertising took place online via
social media and physically with flyers and
posters. Some of these concerts.
After previous success with the Heswall
Disabled Children's Holiday Fund, Flat
Pack Music returned to run a workshop and
gala performance in August where children
were coached by members of the directing
team in a musical setting, and then enjoyed
a series of excerpts from classical music
with their families.
Flat Pack Music after the success of their
production of La Boheme, Flat Pack Music
brought back their production and
performed this opera in Sale and Tarvin.
Flat Pack Music was also part of Lymm
festival this summer. Drawing on a huge
amount of local talent and willing
participants, the Festival celebrates the
visual and performance arts and,
increasingly, includes activities designed to
encourage involvement with the natural
environment.
Flat Pack Music performed at Riverside
Shopping centre in Rochdale singing some
operatic favourites to the public.
During the Christmas Period, Flat Pack
Music brought music into the town of
Chester, performing Christmas carols and
operatic classics to introduce opera and
classical music to families while shopping
within the Christmas Markets for free.|
