**Objects:** (1)TO RELIEVE THOSE PEOPLE IN BROUGHTON ASTLEY, LEICESTERSHIRE AND NEIGHBOURING VILLAGES WHO ARE NEED BY REASON OF AGE, ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT.(2)TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS A CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES FOR THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE IN BROUGHTON ASTLEY, LEICESTERSHIRE AND NEIGHBOURING VILLAGES BY SUPPORTING VOLUNTEERING AND THE VOLUNTARY SECTOR AND BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE

**Activities:** To relieve the people of Broughton Astley, Leicestershire and neighbouring villages who are in need by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or social circumstances in such ways as the trustees shall think fit.  To support volunteering and the voluntary sector and provide the people of Broughton Astley with social interaction to relieve isolation as a result of Covid pandemic.
