2. Income: The charity received no income. 

3. Expenditure: The charity incurred no expenditure. 

4. Funds: The charity held no funds, assets or liabilities at 30 June 2025. 

5. Activities: No charitable activities were undertaken during the financial year. The trustees continued to develop the charity's governance and operational structure in preparation for future activities.
