**Objects:** THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (‘THE OBJECTS’) ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: 1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN (AND APPRECIATION OF) THE SUBJECTS OF ART, CULTURE AND HERITAGE BY PROVIDING, IN PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, LECTURES, WORKSHOPS, TOURS AND OTHER EVENTS AT MUSEUMS, GALLERIES, HISTORIC BUILDINGS AND SITES. 2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ARTS, CULTURE AND HERITAGE BY MAKING GRANTS TO PROJECTS, MUSEUMS OR GALLERIES THAT PROMOTE THE ARTS, CULTURE AND HERITAGE.

**Activities:** The Charity's objects are to help in the advancement of education in (and appreciation of) the subjects of art, culture and heritage by organising lectures, workshops, tours and other events at museums, galleries, historic buildings and sites.  We also make grants to projects, museums or galleries that promote the arts, culture and heritage in the Merseyside area.
