Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are: 1.To Provide Relief To Migrants And Those Granted Refugee Status In The East Midlands Area By The Provision Of Training Facilities And Support Services So As To Advance Them In Life And Assist Them With The Adaption Within A New Community, With The Objects Of: -A)preserving And Protecting Their Physical And Mental Healthb)advancing Their Education And Training;c)relieving Them From Financial Hardship And Unemployment; Andd)assisting In The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Financial Hardship Or Social Circumstances With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.2)to Relive Financial Hardship In Africa Through Such Support And Services As The Trustees Deem Appropriate.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorize An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment Scotland Act 2005 And Section 2 Of The Charities Act Northern Ireland 2008.
