LOC Foundation is charitable incorporated organis*ion. were incorporated on 14 October 2020.
The day lo day running of the charty ts led by managing trustee, Mr Faisal Ali who manages the daily
activilies of the charity and management related tasks. Mr Ali also participates in fundraising for the
charity and travels lo pla￿ where charrtable activities are undertaken.
Objectives and activities
The charity helps poor families. schools, chiklren along the line of control. This range5 from sending
lolhes. prowde stslionery equipment for schcK)Is. providing medical aid and IT equipment for the poor.

grants of items, equipment and funds to relieve their needs and the relief and assistance of people in
Kashmir Nakyal Sector. who are victims of war or natural disaster. trouble or ¢ataslrophe in particular
by the suppty of grants.
The relief of financial need and suffering among vitims of natural or other kinds of disaster in the form
of money lor other means deemed suitable) persons, bodies. organisations affe¢led in such ways
as the trustees shall think fil.

Achievements and perforrnance
In 2024. our primary project was the J8naza Gha in the village of Kenli. Nakyal sector. The goal was lo
assist the local community wilh burols. as their mosque was not suitable for conducting a proper
funeral procession. Thanks to generous donations. the community in Kenti can now comfortably
accommocfale around 1500 people. alkm'ng them lo pay their respects lo the deceased.
In addition to this, the Loc Foundation continued rts efforts lo provtde clean drinking water for both the
local community and the Jandrote hospital. Further donalK)ns were made lo support the Free Kidney
Dialysi5 Centre at the Nakyal hospital. Looking ahead. our focus will remain on providing water
boreholes to areas in need and offering assistance lo IcLal h05Prtals and schools thal Tequire support.
Financial rèview
The Chaftty received donation and funds £12.545 during the period. Total outgoing ￿$oUrCeS
amounted lo £10.453 of which £9,833 relates lo restricted charitable activthes and £621 on the costs of
running the office and on other Governance costs.
Total available funds al 31 December 2024 amounted to £16.649 of which £16.156 related lo
unrestricted funds aniy £493 vrd5 available for restricted puiposes.
The Trustees are s*isfieil that the chariVs aciivities during the pericrfl have mel their objectives and
are salisfied with the financial position at the period end.

As the Iruslees of the charity you are responsible foi the preparation of the financial slalements in
accordance with the requirements of the Charilies Act 2011 {'the Act'i.
I report in respect of my examination of the charitys financk41 slalements carried out under section 145
of the 2011 Act and in carrwng out my examinati￿ I have followed all the applicable Directions given

The charity is a public benefit entity and a registered charity in England and Wales and is
unincorporated. The address of the principal office is 18 Chestnut Walk. Watford. WD24 6NS,

These financ&al statements have been p￿pared in compliance with FRS 102. 'The Financial
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ifeland,. the Slalemenl of
Recommended Practice applicable lo charities preparing their accounts in accoidance wilh the
Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republt of Ireland IFRS 1021 {Charities
SORP IFRS 10211 and the Charittes Act 2011.

Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared on the historical cost basis. as modified by the
revaluation of certain financial assets and Irdbilities and inveslment properties measured al fair
value through income or expendtture.

Unrestricted funds are avaikble for use at the discretion of the trustees to further any of the
charity's purposes.
