## 1. Objectives and Activities 

Glorious Council International Ministries exists to promote the Christian faith through worship services, outreach, and community support. Our key activities include: 

- Weekly worship services and Bible studies 

- Community outreach and evangelism 

- Support for vulnerable individuals and families 

## 2. Achievements and Performance 

In 2025, we: 

- Held over 100 worship services and prayer meetings online. 

- Supported 10 families with food and essential supplies 

- Ran back to school outreach in Ghana, Nigeria and Cameroon 

- Launched a new online ministry platform 

## 3. Financial Review 

Total income for the year was **£1,000** , all of which came from donations and offerings. There were no significant expenditures during the year, and the full amount remains in the charity’s bank account at year-end. 

The charity remains financially solvent and continues to operate within its means. 

## 4. Structure, Governance and Management 

The charity is governed by a board of trustees who meet quarterly. The trustees are responsible for strategic direction, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance with charity law.

## 5. Reserves Policy 

Given the small scale of operations, the charity aims to maintain a minimum reserve of £500 to cover basic operational needs.
