**Prior to the conference, the areas that students felt most confident were in their understanding of mental health and well-being (average score of 4.1 out of 5), healthy eating and physical activity (average score of 4.1 out of 5), and leadership skills (average score of 3.9 out of 5). The area that students felt least confident in was in networking and CV development (average score of 2.8 out of 5). After the conference, we asked participants to complete a further survey to reflect on their selfrated confidence in their understanding of the same topics and skills. There were 81 student responses to the post-conference survey. The feedback shows that all students gained knowledge in the health topics and leadership skills domains, with the greatest improvements in confidence occurring in the areas of health inequalities, basic first aid and negotiation skills. students felt least confident in,<br>after the conference, remained in<br>the area of networking and CV<br>development (average score of 3.4<br>out of 5), a gain of only 0.6 points<br>in confidence from before the<br>conference.<br>136 students enrolled into<br>Mentorship to Health. Of the 136<br>students that enrolled, only 25<br>students (20%) responded to our<br>end of programme feedback form.<br>The top three university choices<br>were:<br>1. King’s College London<br>(48.5%)<br>2. University of Nottingham<br>(39.4%)<br>3. University College London<br>(36.4%)<br>The most frequent universities<br>inviting students for interview<br>were:<br>1. King’s College London (28%)<br>2. University of Nottingham,<br>University College London,<br>Barts and the London<br>Medical School (16%)<br>3. University of Exeter (12%)<br>4.
