For the year ending 30 June 2024, our charity—registered as a CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation) since 12 October 2020—continued its mission to fulfill general charitable purposes aimed at helping individuals and communities throughout England. Focused particularly on assisting people of specific ethnic or racial origins, as well as supporting the general public, our work centered around providing advocacy, advice, and information. We remain committed to improving the conditions of life for individuals through the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare, recreation, and leisure time activities, especially for those facing challenges such as youth, age, infirmity, disability, financial hardship, or social circumstances. During the reporting period of July 2023 to June 2024, we received £425 and spent £400 to further these objectives. As a foundation-level CIO, we are currently not recognized by HMRC for Gift Aid. Despite these limitations, we remain steadfast in our dedication to creating meaningful impact across communities in England.
