Our objective is to improve the conditions of life for these individuals and promote their overall well-being.

Throughout the year, Fisayo Foundation has continued to fulfill its charitable objectives by providing advocacy, advice, and information to people of a particular ethnic or racial origin, as well as the general public. Organizational Structure
Fisayo Foundation is registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organization (CIO) since 12 October 2020. The charity is governed by three trustees who have been appointed to provide strategic oversight and decision-making. The current trustees and their roles are as follows:

During the reporting period, Fisayo Foundation was not recognized by HMRC for gift aid. However, we have actively explored opportunities to diversify our funding sources and strengthen our financial
stability. By managing our resources prudently, we have allocated funds effectively to support our charitable activities and deliver the greatest possible impact for our beneficiaries.
