As trustees, we are responsible for the governance and strategic direction of the charity, ensuring that it operates in line with its charitable objectives and in the best interests of its beneficiaries. Charitable Objectives
Fisayo Foundation was established to provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have a need for such facilities due to their youth, age, infirmity or disability, financial hardship, or social circumstances, with the objective of improving their conditions of life.
Activities and Beneficiaries
Fisayo Foundation focuses on fulfilling its charitable objectives by providing advocacy, advice, and information to people of a particular ethnic or racial origin, as well as the general public. Our aim is to address the needs of individuals who face challenges and improve their well-being through various recreational and leisure activities.
Throughout the year, we faced challenges in organizing and facilitating programs and initiatives that promote social welfare and improve the quality of life for our beneficiaries due to the impact of Covid-19 and the resulting lockdown measures. The pandemic created unprecedented circumstances that made us unable to support our beneficiaries during this difficult time.
Organizational Structure
Fisayo Foundation is a Charitable Incorporated Organization (CIO) registered on 12 October 2020. The charity is governed by three trustees who bring their expertise and commitment to the organization. The current trustees and their roles are as follows:

Financial Performance
During the reporting period, Fisayo Foundation operated without recognition by HMRC for gift aid. We continue to explore opportunities to maximize our funding sources and enhance our financial stability.
As a foundation that does not own or lease land or property, our expenditure primarily focuses on program costs, administrative expenses, and supporting our beneficiaries. We are committed to maintaining transparency and good financial governance, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve the greatest possible impact.
Regulatory Compliance
Fisayo Foundation adheres to various policies to ensure the welfare and protection of vulnerable beneficiaries. We have implemented robust safeguarding measures and volunteer management practices to create a safe environment for all those involved in our programs and activities.

Fisayo Foundation currently operates solely under this name, without any other registered names or alternative trading styles.

During the period from 12th October 2020 to 30th June 2021, Fisayo Foundation received donations and payments from various individuals and organizations, which contributed to our charitable activities and initiatives. We would like to express our gratitude to all donors for their generous support.
Total Income: £605.61
Total Expenditure: £496.60
Net Income: £109.01
We carefully managed our finances during this period, ensuring that the funds received were allocated towards fulfilling our charitable objectives. The net income of £941.87 will be utilized to further our mission of providing advocacy, advice, and information to our beneficiaries, thereby improving their conditions of life.
We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to all the individuals and organizations who contributed to Fisayo Foundation during this period. Your support has enabled us to make a positive impact and empower those in need.
