Charitable Status
The charity is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, registered (no 1191763) and governed in accordance with a Trust Deed dated 2 October 2020.
Objectives and activities
The Church’s objective is the advancement of the Christian faith for the benefit of the public in accordance with the Statement of Faith included in the Trust Deed.
Achievements and performance
The charity was set up in June 2020 and was registered with the Charity Commission on 6 October 2020.
This was during the Covid -19 pandemic. Due to the restrictions in place at that time, and throughout most of the following year, the Trustees were unable to open a bank account for the charity until December 2021.
The charity was therefore dormant throughout the period under review and did not have any assets or liabilities on 30 June 2021.
The church started operation as a CIO on 1 January 2022.
