**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ADVANCE THE EVANGELICAL CHRISTIAN RELIGION, IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION) THROUGH FOSTERING AND NURTURING CHRISTIAN SCHOLARSHIP IN PUBLIC THEOLOGY AND ETHICS THAT IS OPEN TO AND ENGAGING WITH SOCIETY AS A WHOLE, THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTELLECTUAL COMMUNITY OF CHRISTIAN SCHOLARS, AND THROUGH PUBLISHING RESEARCH.

**Activities:** KLC nurtures research in evangelical Christian public theology. KLC disseminates its research  through public lectures, seminars, conferences, newsletters and the publication of academic papers, articles and books, the maintenance of a website, and the appropriate use of social media, etc. It offers grants to postgraduate students and provides a research community for scholars.
