			Through the year and especially during planning meetings the trustees
			have taken into account the guidance issued by the Charity Commission

		purchasing our own property in the long term.
		The main focus this year was setting up the Sea Cloud Temple in
		Tenerife from which live, online clas~es can be practised with participants
		joining in classes from wherever they may be. This has been much
		appreciated by more isolated participants.
		With the end of Covid restrictions we have been delighted to return to in-
		person classes however many teachers have reported reduced numbers
		ofparticipants as some people are still nervous ofgathering indoors with
		others. Toaddress this the lTS has offered financial support to help
		teachers re-establish and grow their classes as well as technical 1
		professional development support.
		The experience ofmoving all classes online during Covid restrictions	was
		a steep learning curve but several teachers have used this experience to
		expand their classes and are teaching in person and online —often in	the
		same class. We aim to spread these innovative practises throughout	the
		organisation and are including this in our teacher training.
		The ITSis grateful to the volunteers who give their time and expertise
		free ofcharge.
