**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF BOYS AND GIRLS BY THE PROVISION OF A DAY OR DAY AND BOARDING SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS BY WAY OF PROVIDING BURSARY AWARDS SUBJECT TO PARENTAL MEANS TESTING THEREBY WIDENING ACCESS TO AKS SCHOOL, AND TO IMPROVE THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF AKS SCHOOL OR SUCH OTHER AREA OF BENEFIT WITHIN WHICH THE CHARITY TRUSTEES DECIDE TO BENEFIT .

**Activities:** To advance the education of boys and girls by way of providing bursary awards subject to parental means testing thereby widening access to AKS School, and to improve the infrastructure of AKS School or such other area of benefit within which the Charity Trustees decide to benefit
