**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF THE MUNICIPAL KENNELDOGS IN SAL, CAPE VERDE, AND, IN PARTICULAR, TO PROVIDE NEUTERING TO REDUCE THE POPULATION OF FREE ROAMING DOGS AND CATS AND FOR CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUCH ANIMALS. FURTHERMORE TO HELP RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF THE ISLANDS RESIDENTS AND THEIR PETS  BY PROVIDING CARE PACKAGES AND NEUTERING.

**Activities:** The Charity strives to improve the living and welfare conditions of the animals, including, dogs in the Municipal Kennels, free roaming and owned animals on the Island of Sal, Cape Verde. We provide education in the care and welfare of animals to the residents of the island. In addition to this we organise neutering campaigns, provide medication independently, and  with the islands resident Vets
