New trustees are introduced to members of staff and other trustees. They are provided with the Charity Commissions 'Ro1es and Responsibilities of Trustees,, the Constitution, the latest statutory financial statements, Annual Report and financial reports. New trustees are also offered to partake in Induttlon Training- Roles and ResponsibilÈties. Any additional training required by the new trustees will be identified during induction, and may be requested at any point by new and existJng trustees, where it is considered useful to their role as trustee. re: The management of the charity is delegated to the executive team comprising of three co- artistic directors. SHE PRODucfIoNS Charity Number 1191621 Trustees Annual Report For the year ending 31 December 2025 b ectives for the followin The 10th Anniver&iry celebration of She Productions will go ahead in June 2026 in the style of a cabaret show that takes the audience through a timeline of She Produrtions, development and the highlights of what we have achieved over the last 10 years. The show will be performed and produced by a mixture of She founding members and regular performers in She Productions, shows. They have kindly agreed to charge a minimal or no fee for their work on this project, so that the event can seNe as a fundraiser to kick off the next era of She Productions, work. The celebration will also include a number of stalls selling merchandise, musical bingo cards, a silent auction, and launch the new Friends Membership. This event will be on sale to the public, but will ultimately serve as a fun occaslon to bring together She Productions, most loyal supporters and celebrate with them. It will also be held at North Ferriby Village Hall, as we look towards trying to expand our reach into the East Riding as a whole, rather than being largely Beverley based. The Friends Membership scheme will be developed between PR and Community Fundraising Lead, Hannah Smith-Levyi and the fundrBising team to launch at the 10th Anniversary celebration event. There will be an incentive for early sign-ups by offering the people that sign-up in the first month, a life long Founding Friend status that is advertised on the website. There is a stsggered roll-out planned, with a single tier being launched in 2026, and further price tiers and benefts being added in 2027 and beyond. The benefits are being carefully considered to strike a balan between incentivising and engaging members, whilst also not being t¢)0 costly to the charity. Rewards for membership milestones art also in the works to fccus on membership retention and therefore keep a reliable funding stream coming In through this Initiative. The team will put together a three year business plan for 2026-2028 with a focus on how She Productions can expand and grow further off the back of our milestone anniversary. This will include the development of new projetts and partnerships, goals for increasing the financial security of the charity, and stafFing ambitions over the next three years. This plan will be built on the successes and the lessons of the last 10 years and will include realistic plans to achieve the tsrgets set that tske into consideration the time and wellbeing of the team. The board of trustees would like to congratulate the executive team and all of the founding members of She Produttions for achieving this amazing milestone of 10 years. It has tsken a fantastic amount af hard work, dedication, resilience, initiative and creativity to get to this point, and the team should be extremely proud of the positive impact She Productions has, and continues to have, across the East Riding.

The organisation continued to build on its successes while adapting to new challenges and opportunities. Successful Projects and partnehIpS Throughout 2025, She Productions remained committed to its mission of empowerment and community enrichment. The organisation successfully executed several projects and collaborations: l. Finding Your Voice with East Riding Council: This partnership continued to empower participants through self*xpression, drama and performance. 2. Family Christmas Musical - Tre Fairy Who fell Off The Christmas Tree,: In partnership with East Riding brar1e5, this updated produrtion of She Productions, first ever Family Christmas Show toured local libraries and schools throughout December 2025, celebrating diverse chardcters and performers, and fostering a love for the arts amongst younger audiences. Some ststistics include: 796 Library & Community spaces tickets sold in totsl 16 out of the 19 shows sold out. 61,70/0 - Had never seen a She Productions show before. 46,10/o - We were the only Christmas Show they were attending in 2025. 80 Pay It Forward tickets used at Librdry Shows. 850/0 of booking audiences said location was important when deciding to book tickets. 3. 'The Fairy Who Fell Off The Christmas Tree, Book - Our first Children's bt)ok went down very well with audiences, with around 100 sold in person and online and then 41 donated. The book includes illustrations and QR codes to all cf the songs in the show for families to enjoy as part of their reading experience. 4. She Produttions successfully partnered with Beverley Town FC as part of the 2025 Christmas Show, boosting visibility for both organisations. 5. HEfA Workshops.. 'Step Up and Stand OUY and Induttion workshops were delivered to engi neering learners across HA centres, developing confidence, communication, and professionalism in the workplace. 6. The 2025 tour of 'Beverley Does Broadway, was a great success with the show touring to new locations such as North Ferriby Village Hall and Pocklington Arts Centre, as well as doing a run at more estsblished venues such as East Riding Theatre and Goole Junttion.

Hannah Levyi as PR and Community Fundraising Lead, secured sponsorship from 9 local businesses for a 'sponsor a show, package to help subsidise the cost of running the 'Beverley Does Broadway, tour. This meant that the cost of 9 of the shows performed was covered by sponsorship, allowing a greater amount of ticket sales to go into charity ftjnds. 8. New branding for the 10th Anniversary has been launched, alongside a new website design. Tris reflects better all three strands of the charity and its personality as we move into the next era. Working in collaboration with RG Beloved, new merchandise has also been produced with this branding that was launched and sold as part of the'Beverley Does Broadway, tour, and then again as part of the Christmas tour, on both occasions including show specific branding. 9. The Big Marlarkey Choir was postponed to 2026 as not enough participants signed up. There are plans to work with specific nominated schools around the East Park Hull area, and develop the projett during temi time to increase attendance. 10.she Producknons took part in the White Ribbon Vigil in Beverleyi which was organised by Beverley Town Council and The Women's Institute. Previous 'Finding Your Voice, pacipants were involved in the event, and She Productions has offered training to the White Ribbon Institute going forwards to continue our mission of supporting women. I l. We are delighted to have bn awarded Postcode Lottery funding for the next 3 years. We have reiVed a totsl of £50,000 towards core costs (£16.6k per year). We plan to work with Natalie Lyons, in 2026 who is a bid writer. She has agreed to work on some further core costs bids for the charity; and she will only tske IOO/o of any successful grants that she applies for. 12.she Productions performed as part of the Beverley Town Council Awards Ceremony and the VE Day celebrations, strengthening our b'es and visibility in the community. 13.Alison Shaw came on board as a freelance producer for She Produrtions in 2025, shadowing Annie Kirkman for'Beverley Does Broadway, and then independently producing 'The Fairy Who Fell Off The Christmas Tree,. This appointsnent is in line with She Productions, desire to help upskill local creatives, and having Alison on board in this capacity also gives more flexibility to the core team with their internal and external projects. 14.A lQ-Year Anniversary film has been developed in collaboration with Fly Girl Films which celebrates the last 10 years of work and contains interviews from key people within the organisation, and past participants of various programmes and projects. As well as this being a frdbulous archive piece for the charity, it will also be a valuable resource for future funding bids as it presents clearly what the charity does in a succinct and evocative way.

Friends Membership Scheme: This is an exciting new initiative that we hope will provide a long term investment into the charity. The initial tier upon launch will be priced at £4.00 per month (or a discounted rate for upfront payment at £40.00 per year) to reflect the ticket price of the Family Christmas Shows. Tnis money will not only support the charity throughout the year, but sends a message to our 5UPPOrters that even a small donation each month can make a huge difference. Tre goal is for this scheme to grow and for future tiers to have a higher pri to bring more revenue into the charity. As well as building finances, we hope to also build an even greater sense of community, with benefits including newsletters and behind the scenes content, so that members feel connected to the charity and its work. 2. Hull Women's Aid: Should the funding for this project be secured, this will be a great development of the 'Finding YDur Voice, progrdmme, bringing an established programme framework in an environment that is very meaningful to us. It is also an opportunity to tailor the programme to different environments, working with film as a sharing medium rather than theatre, to protett the women's Identities, whilst still giving them a vol. 3. 10th Anniversary Party: Whilst this is a one off event rather than an ongoing initiative, this celebration will provide a great opportunity to reflett on the last 10 years of work, take pride in all of the amazing achievements of the organisation, and analyse the best ways to move forwards, taking into account everything that has been learned. This is also a great fundraising opportunity, to set the charity off towards the next 10 years on a high note. Board Development l. New Trust*s: The trf)ard will identify any possible gaps in expertise over the coming year, and appoint new trustees as necessary to make SU all necessary knowledge is covered. They will VIeW their induction process before making these appointments, to ensure that all new trustees a as supported as they can be. 2. Governance: All policies have now been completed, amended as necessaryi and signed off by all trustees. These will be reviewed annually in February as previously agreed. 3.Strategy: Now that the policy writing for the charity is complete, the trustees will focus on plans to support the executive team, wod(rng in collaboration with them to identify where they most require support and input. The goal is to help the stsff carry out their jobs effectively and to support their wellbeing, so that the board and the staff are working together to carry out the strategy that will be outlined for 2026-2028. io

Total expenditure amounted to £106,046 (restritted £26,632 & unrestricted £79,414) resulting in a surplus of £13,637 for the year. The charity had unrestricted rrVeS of £7,762 at 31st December 2025. Taking into account the nature of the chartty's income streams, the trustees are of the view that reserves at these levels are sufficient. She Productions continue to work projett to project due to a decrease in available funding and the impatt of the pandemic. At this time the core costs of the charty are something the executive team intends to focus on to ensure sustainability and consistency. To do this She Produttions will apply for more long- term funding to support the growth and development of the charitys purpose and activities. In line with charity law, fund accounting has bn carried out, and different types of reserves may be shown in the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as follows: Unrestricted funds, general funds which are not restricted and have not been d&£ignated by the trustees for a specific purpose. To contribute the costs of putting on this show. Fairy Production Restricted funding was received from Arts Council (£13,066), Hull & Easy Riding Charitsble Trust (£3,000) and HEY Smile (£4,500). To contribute the costs of putting on this show. Postcode Lottery Trust Restricted funding was received from Postcode Lottery Trust, which allows the charity to offer affordable tickets so every one within the Eat Riding of Yorkshire. This is year one of three years funding to be received. Taxation SHE Produttion is a registered charity. All the charity's income is applied to its charitsble objectives and the aslatIOn is therefore exempt under current legislation from most forms of taxation. Tre charity is not VAT registered and all expenditure includes irrecoverable VAT.
