For 2025 s Family Christmas Mustcal, it has been decided that The Fairy That Fdl Off the Christmas Tree,, as the first Christrnas production wn by She Produrtions, will be remounted as part of the coMpanS 10-year anniversary celebrations. This is an opportunity to develop existing v40rK allowing there ts) be a f(Kus on refinement in temis of storytelling and perforFnance. The aim is also to take some pressure off the co-artistic directors, so that their time and energy can be more evenly distributed across attivities for She Productions during this busy anniversary year. It also provides a good opportunity to bring such a spe¢ial story to a new generntion of chIldn in community. As another element of She Productions, 10-year annIVeary celebrations, a plcture book version of 'The Fairy That Fell Off the Christmas Tree, will also be created and available to purchase during the Christmas season. The will be QR codes that link to perfomiances of the songs in the show making this an interdctive experience that Is acwsible to children with a range of needs. Co-artistic director, Jessica Duffield will write this and work collaboratively with a local illustrator to create the final work. Due to time constraints and the commitinents of the execub've team, it has bn decided that it is not viable to produ 'Volunteers the Musical, to the level of quality that She Productions is committed to upholding, for it to be ready as a performance for the anniversary year. Therefore, a new version of 'Beverley Does Broadway, is in development to tske its place, an audience favourite during the years She Producttons has been running, and therefo a wonderful celebratson of the work the company has done and the joy it brings to the community. In 2024, Hannah Smith-Levy was employed by She Prcrfjuttions as a freelanr to support their promotion and marketing as well as fvThJraising. In 2024, she implemented the 'pay it forward, campaign for Christmas, where individuals and companies could buy tickets for the Family Christmas Musical that would then be donated to children and families who could not otherwise afford to attend. This also paid for a number of school tickets so that the show could tour to schools that otherwise would not have the budget to book a performan. This initiative will be developed further for 2025 with the idea that the campaign and the money raised can extend beyond the Christmas show. Hannah's appointment has also been instrumentsl in building the profile of the Loth anniversary and organising additional events such as an anniversary celebration paty to showcase the work She Pr()Juctions has done over the last 10 years to the community, and creating a film to highlight the impatt they have had.
