The main activtbes that took place within All Saints EFton were Ixeating and perfomiing productions and events for live audIen￿S within the communty, providing a platform for all members to increase their experience and understanding of arts related activthes ilst developing their personal, social. emotional and intellectual capacity. Increasing engagemerrt from community members Nvho enjoy the theatre or whom are new to the theatre has also been our aim. Productions and events look place in several venues, including, The Met, Bury and Al Saints House, Bury. Participation in these productions and events is accessible for all. These productions and events are advertised through many platforms to raise public interest and awareness. Produth'ons that have taken pl￿ have been plays, musicals and cabaret style perfomiances. Al licensing rights for music and plays were obtained through our regular licencing companies. Music Theatre International and Concord Theatricals UK. Our members age group range from 14 to 78. wrth each member beiThJ valued for their commitment to the SocEty. We have members who not only partake in perfomiances but who are given opportuntties in stage craft such as writing plays, desjgning and creating sets, to designing and creating marketirvJ and publicity materÈals. Para 1.17 and 1.19 Sino September 2022. the Society has had a Youth Society where young members of the communrty have lessons within the rfomiin arts sector that culminates in end of tenn performances and prcmluctions in a professional venue. This was a direct result of a successful implementation of a Youth Summer School in August 2022 where young people were invited to attend performing arts workshops for a week vAiich culminated in a presentation to parentslcarers at the end of the week, the impact being engagement of communty wtthin the arts and raising the life opportuntties of young ￿0p[e to grow interpersonal skills and increase health and wellbeing. Summer Schools have Gontinued to be held annually. The trustees work in accordan￿ with the general committee of the Society to ensu￿ that the level of fees issued are carefully realised to provide accessibilrty of participation for all including those from a low-income bad(ground. The fees that are requested are still klow the threshold of what other Amateur Theatre Companies request in the area and are inclusive of all particulars being undertaken within a gtven activity. For example, costings of o)stumes, hire of venue, insurance and theatn.cal requirements are all within the costings of the fees, rt is important to note that these are made fully explicit to our memberslnew members prior to their joining. we have a robust payment systems that allows for different methods of approach for ent of fees on an individual need basis. Achievements and Performance SORP referen The main achievements of the Charity have been to provide community members with an opportunty to partake in performing arts related events to live aUdIen￿S throughout the borough of Bury. We have achieved our goal of increasing participation through increasing the opportunrties that we have provided for our members, for example, we have moved from one musical production on a yeady basis to three productions a year. TY￿ of these produdions take the shape of plays, which provide a different platfonn of approach wtthin the perfoming arts sector. wrthin the play section we have strtved to provide opportunrties for those who have interests in the medium of ading through script and text. This has given members of the communty an increased opportunrty to upskill themselves through the engagement of genre, style and language. It has also given the ￿mrnunty an opportunity to view theatre work that is accessible to them within their area of resideno, therefore reducing their travel time and expenditure. We have also increased our awareness and uptake of those wishing to take a non- perfornian￿ related rote by providing opportunities for backstage, y￿rdrobe, sound, luhtiThJ and set design. Through increased participation in all areas of our productions and events we have found that our members continue to feel valued at the opportunities we provide. Wtth an inGrease in participats.on a noticeabte increase has taken shape with the awareness and attendan￿ of our WCKluctions and events. Perfoming in a professional setting. The Met Bury has had a signtficant benefft on our members understanding of context and content regardirKJ production and has also gained redence from members of our communty in respect of our members commitment and contribution to our prcrfjuctions. In December 2024, we held our annual Christmas Concert at All Saints House, over a duration of evenings. our members sang and acted through various festive songs and plays. One of our members was gNen an opportunrty to showcase Iheir writing talents durtng this concert, whith was y￿1[ re￿ived. on both evenings by our audiences.. In July 2025 we staged our musical produc*ion of 9 to 5 at The Theatre Royal in Ramstrt)ttom.. Wth a capacity of around 200 seats per perfonnance V￿ sold on average around 60% of tithets for each show. During October 2024 we staged five performances of the Be My Baby play at All Saints House, Bury. The aim that young members of the YoLrth group wll perform their own Christmas Concert, with an objective of increasing young people's confidence. but also increasing new communty audien rnernbe￿ which therefore y￿uld generate interest from parent￿carerS regarding the adult society. The young perfomiers worked towards and perfom)ed the musical, Chity Chitty Bang Bang.at the Theatre Royal playing to audiences of over 100, for each of 4 Ferfomances. The impact of this has increased our young members confidence and furthermore increased their knowledge and understanding of theatre craft and the skills needed to perform in a wofessional venue to a live audien￿. All Saint's Elton Theatre Company is a amateur theatre company that provides opportunities for the community lo take part in produth.ons and events that are presented to audiences throughout the Bury area. The Theatre Company is a charity registered with the Charity Commission. Trustees and members of the general committee along wrth their communty members pay a yearly membership that contributes towards expenditure of productions and events. The Society has three officials that in accordance with the constitution of the Society. The Ihree offiaals are Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. The three officials are responsible for the opera•ional aspect of the Society itself and oversee all areas within the Society that are then filtered down to the general committee. The offI￿alS and general commrttee hold meetihgs on a monthly basis with minutes distributed in a timel fasnion and actioned u on. The goveming document is in line with and set out b the Cha Commission. The society holds their own constitution that is an unincorporated association. The constitution of the society is reviewed on a yearly basis and ratffied by members of the Trustees and eneral committee. The charity consists of three Trustee's that oversee the operational aspects of the Society. The three trustees are also members of the general committee of the Swety. Trustees and general committee are in office on a fv4(Fyearly basis. Trustees and general committee can be elected through the Society's Annual General Meeting.
