## Chairmans Report - Jacobs Well Village Hall CIO 1191558 

The Jacobs Well Village Hall CIO (JWVH) was DORMANT and not operational during the 2022-2023 accounting period, and so has no accounts to submit. 

During this period, the Jacobs Well Village Hall and its premises have continued to be managed and administered by the JWVHT (charity number305068), which has submitted annual returns as usual. 

The JWVH trustees are working on completing the formal handover of Assetts from the JWVHT to the JWVH (CIO). Agreement for this was given at previous AGMs for the JWVHT to transfer the assets of the JWVHT to the JWVH (CIO). 

The CIO will be operational, and trading as of  1[st] July 2023, so our first set of trading accounts for the CIO will be filled in our next reporting period.
