## The following report was submitted in mid-may  2023, on behalf of  Jacobs Well village hall CIO 1191558 

## JACOBS Well Village Hall CIO Charity number 1191558 Annual Return 2022 

Unfortunately, due to the CC-JWVH contact being confined to bed for over  3 months, following an operation, the annual return was not completed by  he given date. Current situation. 

The Jacobs Well Village Hall CIO (JWVH) is not yet operational, and so has no accounts to submit. 

In the last year the trustees have opened a suitable bank account and a  financial control system is being set up. and have been looking to recruit a new treasurer as the treasurer of the Jacobs Well village Hall Trust (JWVHT) has indicated that he does not wish to continue in the role for the JWVH CIO 

During this period, the Jacobs Well village Hall and its premises   have continued to be managed and administered by the JWVHT (charity number305068), which has submitted annual returns as usual. 

The JWVH trustees are continuing the handover from the JWVHT to the JWVH (CIO). Agreement for this was given at an AGM of the JWVHT. Transfer of the assets of the JWVHT to the JWVH (CIO) will be made as the infrastructure for 



the JWVH (CIO) is put in place.    As soon as this is completed, the JWVH (CIO) will become operational.
