Independent Exarnlner's Report to the Trustees of LirrLEISTOP Charity Name: LITTLEISTOP Charity Number- 1191536 Report of the Independent Examtner I report to the trustees on my examlnation ofthe accounts of LIThLEISTOP for theyear ended 12 September 2025. As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the ChaTlties Act 2011. I have carried oul an independent examination of the accounts in accordance with Sectlon 145 of the Charities Act 2011 and confirm that I have followed the Directions glven by the Charity Commission under section 145(5){b) of the ACL My examination was carried out in accordance with the Independent ExaminatlOD of Charity Accounts {CC32}. An ex2min31ion includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison ofthe accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and the seeklng of explanations from you as trustees concerning such matters. My role 15 to state whetherany material matters have come to my attention which give me cause to believe that: l. Accounting records were not properly kept, 2. The accounts do not accord with those records. or 3. The accounts do not comply with the applicable accounting Tequiremenrs of the Charlties Act2011. Independent Examinerfs Statement In the course of my examination, no material matters have come to my attention which give me cause to believe that the accounting records were not properly kept, the accounts do not agree with the underlying records, or the accounts fail to comply with the relevant statutory requirements. I have found no issues of concern. and l am satisfied that the accounts have been prepared in accordance with the Charities Act 2011 and comply with the Commission's requirements.
