Report of the Independent Examiner
I report to the trustees on my examination ofthe accounts of LITTLEISTOP for the period
ended 12 September 2024.
As the charity's trustees. you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011.
I have carried out an independent examination of the accounts in accordance with Sertion
145 of the Charities Act 2011 and confirm that I have followed the Directions given by the
Charity Commission undersertion 14515)[b) ofthe Act.
My examination was carried out in accordance wlth the Independent Examination of
Charity Accounts (CC32). An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept
by the charity and a comparlson of the accounts presented with those records.
It also Sncludes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and the
seeking of explanations from you as trustees concerning such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention which give me
cause to believe that:
l. Accountlng records were not properly kept,
2. The accounts do not accord with those records, or
3. The accounts do not complywith the applicable accounting requirements of the Charit5es
Act 2011.
Independent Examinerfs Statement
In the course ofmy examination. no material matters have come to my attention which give
me cause to believe that the accounting records were not properly kept, the account5 do not
agree with the underlying records, or the accounts fail to comply with the relevant statutory
requirements.
I have found no issues of concern. and l am satisfied that the accounts have been prepared
in accordance with the Charities Act 2011 and comply with the Commi55ion'5 requirements.
