## **Ramsey Heritage Partnership Annual Report**

During this year Ramsey Heritage Partnership (RHP), organised two heritage events.

In September there was an open day as part of National Heritage Open Days programme. To fulfil our mission, we not only had our sites open but had Sealed Knot re-enactors who engaged the public demonstrating how life was during the 17[th] century with interactive opportunities for both adults and children; this was well received.

In the spring all sites were open to the public, allowing access to them and the archives.

RHP would like to thank the Mayor’s charities for the donation of £1000, this was instrumental in funding these events.

## **Treasurer’s report**

The year saw a surplus of £980.50

This was due to a grant fromm Huntingdonshire District Council for events for Heritage Day and a donation from the Mayor of Ramsey’s charity fundraising.

Outgoings were the items promotional paying for the Heritage Day events (Reenactors, Community Bus) and insurance.

All work is done by volunteers with volunteers reimbursed for their petrol when distributing promotional materials across the County.
