TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN WHO HAVE A REGISTERED DISABILITY BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO BE USED FOR:A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE;B) SUPPORTING PARTICIPATION IN A HOBBY, SPORT, MUSIC OR THE ARTS.3. TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED YOUNG PEOPLE (AGED OVER 18 YEARS) WHO HAVE LEFT THE CARE SYSTEM BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO DEVELOPTHEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS
