We were accredited by the Alzheimers soclety during this period the only one In Northants Other Achievements and Performance SORP reler8nr The charity works alongside the local community whlch allows us to reach and link with many people living with dementia who require 8UPPOrt. We have received donatlons from supporters and from organisations who have fundraised and donated. Wo recelved a small amount from Amazon smlle but this schome has now finished. We attended dementia day in Ketterlng General Hospital organised by the KGH Dementia Nurse which was very successful We have continued with our small actlons and wo hope to grow the charity and we have Ilnks with a care home group in the area who are looklng to support us and work with us to assist with collaborative worklng of professionals. We now have ostablished monthly professlonal networking breakfasts to raise awareness and encourage collaborative workin in the North of Northants.
