**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY PROVIDING FACILITIES AND COACHING IN BOXING AND OTHER SPORTS CAPABLE OF PROMOTING HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF THOSE RESIDING IN MALDON DISTRICT AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.

**Activities:** To use amateur boxing and other sport as a mechanism to improve the wellbeing, fitness and confidence of all youngsters regardless of gender, ethnicity regardless of abilities, either mental or physical. To advance the education of children and young people to develop their full capabilities including volunteering and coaching development through participation in sport.

**Area of benefit:** IN MALDON DISTRICT AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.
