Thc trustees reviewed the activities and achievcmcnts of Ihc foundation for the year 2023..
Ramadan Campalgn:
Distributed 350 packages twice to orphans and elderly on Peinba Island.
• Eld al-Adha {qurbani):
DonAted 5 eows, feeding 400 families from the Qurbani donations.
Monthly Sponsorship5:
18 orphan families receive monthly donations of £20 per family.
10 elderly individuals receive Inonthly donations of £20. in coSlaboration with CJlobal Tru.st.

Orphanage and Skllls Centre:
Currently planning the construclion oran orphanage and skill centre in Pemba. The land ploi has been
acquired, And paperwork is being finalized under the name of the Children of 7.anzibar Foundalion.
Construction is planned to start in 2025.
3. Future Plans and Projects
The trustees dis¢ussed future plans and ongoing projccts for thc foundation..
Contlnuation of Current Projects:
Maintain ongoing support for orphan and elderly sponsorships.
• New Projectslcampaigns:
Plans to introduce youth workshops and initi&tivcs to support local womcn.

It was decided to remove Bishara as a trustee. 'fhe foniial process for this reinoval will be initiatcd.
