The Masjid Ibraheem ITrusll is working for the establishment Friday Prayers and daily prayers and
held regularly. Travee prayers during the monlh of Ramadan and both Eid prayers and funeral were
arranged in the mosque and Children's religious education is being organised at present.

The trustees frequenly review the objectives and activilies for the charity to ensure that they
provide an overall benefrt to the pu￿1¢. In carrwng out this review the Trustees have considered
the Charty Commission's general guidance lo public benefit.

We report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31 December 2021, which are set out on
the pages 8 to 11
RESPECTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRUSTEES AND EXAMINER
The trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts and consider that an audit is not
required lor this year under section 43121 of the Charities Act 1993 an¢J that an independent
examinalion is needed.
It is our responsibility to..

follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity
Commission lunder section 4317llbl of the 1993 Act,. and

BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT
Our examination was carried out in accLJrdancB with the General Direction given by th8
Charily CommissK)n. An examination includes a review of the accounling records kept
by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presenled with those records. It also
includes consideration ol any unusual items or (Jisclosvres in the accounts. and seeking
explanations from you as trustees wnceming any such matters. The prO¢￿vr¢S undertaken
do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit. and consequenuy we
do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.

The accounts are prepa￿d under the historical cost ¢onvention and follow the
recommendations in the Revised Ststemenl of Recommended Practice "Accounting
and Reporting by Charities issued in March 2(Kl5.

All incoming resources are recognised in the SOFA when the charity is legally
entitled to the income and the amount can be quantified with reasonable accuracy.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **31/12/2021** . 

**Responsibilities and** As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the **basis of report** accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

**Independent** I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have **examiner's statement** come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that disclosed below *) which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

- the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or 

- the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or 

- the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
