Accrington Lions Club CIO Annual Report for the period between 25/09/2020 and 30/06/2020 

Throughout the period the CIO held the following events and helped families in need: 

Christmas Toy Appeal – Donations of items and money received, which the money was spent on items we were short of. Over 150 children received items for Christmas. 

Welfare – People contact use to request help with housing issues. Example – emergency custody of children, emergency rehousing. 

Pride of Accrington / Youth Awards – Trophies and prizes handed out to children aimed at rewarding children and youths for outstanding behaviour.  Local people and businesses sponsored the trophies.
