Brynteg Tigers Out of Hours Club is governed by a **constitution** and managed by a voluntary committee of trustees. Trustees are appointed in accordance with the governing document. The trustees oversee the safe and effective running of the childcare provision, ensuring compliance with CIW requirements and responsible financial management. 

## **3. Objectives and Activities** 

The charity’s objective is to provide high-quality, affordable childcare for children aged 2–11 before and after school. 

During the year, the club delivered: 

- Daily childcare sessions 

- Supported childcare for families requiring flexible provision 

- A safe, nurturing environment that promotes children’s wellbeing 



These activities further the charity’s purpose by supporting families, enabling parents to work or study, and providing high-quality care for children in the local community. 

## **4. Public Benefit Statement** 

The trustees confirm that they have complied with the duty in section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit. 

Brynteg Tigers Out of Hours Club provides public benefit by offering accessible childcare that supports families, promotes children’s wellbeing, and contributes to the local community. 

## **5. Achievements and Performance** 

The club continued to operate successfully throughout the year. 

## **Key achievement:** 

- Successful **CIW inspection** , confirming compliance with required standards of care and safety. 

The club maintained steady attendance and continued to support families in the area. 

## **6. Financial Review** 

The charity’s income for the year was **£123,743** , generated primarily through childcare fees. 

Expenditure related to: 

- Staffing 

- Rent and utilities 

- Insurance 

- Resources, snacks and consumables 

- Equipment and operational costs 



The charity ended the year with a strong financial position and maintains reserves to ensure continuity of service.

The trustees intend to:
