Annual Report
The committee are please to present the financial report for the period ended 31[st] May 2023, the first accounting period of the Charitable Incorporated Organisation.
Structure, Governance and management
Hope and Future Worldwide is a charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), registered with the Charity Commission and governed by its constitution, dated 22[nd] September 2020.
If the CIO is wound up, the members of the CIO have no liability to contribute to its assets and no personal responsibility for settling its debts and liabilities.
The affairs of the charity are managed on a day-to-day basis by the trustees, who may exercise all the powers of the CIO.
The trustees of served during the year are shown on page 2 of this report.
Appointment of Trustees
In accordance with the terms of the constitution, there must be at least three charity trustees. If the number falls below the minimum, the remaining trustees can act only to call a meeting of the trustees or appoint a new trustee.
The charity trustees may not appoint any charity trustee if as a result the number of charity trustees would exceed the maximum.
Each new trustee is given a copy of the constitution and the latest trustees’ annual report and accounts, on or before appointment.
Charitable Objects
PROVIDE RELIEF TO ASYLUM SEEKERS AND REFUGEES IN THE UK BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS AND SUPPORT SERVICES SO AS TO ADVANCE THEM IN LIFE AND ASSIST THEM WITH THE ADAPTION WITHIN A NEW COMMUNITY, WITH THE OBJECTS OF: -
A) PRESERVING AND PROTECTING THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH.
B) ADVANCING THEIR EDUCATION AND TRAINING; AND
C)RELIEVING THEM FROM FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND UNEMPLOYMENT.

Achievements
We met Enfield Mayor Mrs.Suna and all information was given about the association.
Mayor Suna, who was impressed by the project of the association, decided that the next meeting to introduce the mission and vision of the association would be hosted by the Enfield Municipality. (February 2024)
Turkish Ambassador Osman Koray Ertaş was visited and information was given about the association's project. The association also stated that they will support the project and make an announcement to the schools and has joined the Ambassador's protocol list.
Baroness Meral Hussein invited us to House of Lords Women’s Platform UK for the Tackling Gender Inequality event.
We also attended the Youth Initiatives on Gender Inequality event at the Middlesex University in London.
In the Charing Cross Library, the subject "Women say violence is coming" by Expert Psychologist Senay Canbek was explained to the public with slide shows and the solutions to prevent violence were emphasized one by one.
TV - Radio in Anatolia; ''Adaptation Problems of Immigrant Women'' also done.
Psychologist Gülnihal Avcıoğlu. An attempt has been made to explain it in terms of guidance and care by the founding president of the Association, Gülay Yılmaz, the Association manager, Lawyer Kezban Alan, and the social worker.
Limosol Association President Arife Ratvan prepared a one-hour special program for the Hope and Future charity with the Founding President Gülay Yılmaz about the subject's work.
Olay Newspaper; They have supported the association since its establishment, three times reported about the purpose of the association, published the invitation for the association's meeting on January 19 on their Instagram and Facebook pages and stated that they will attend the meetings.
Avrupa Newspaper reported on the mission and Vision of the Association. And they announced that they would come for the introductory meeting on January 18.

Enfield Municipality has made an announcement about the Project that will say no to all kinds of violence of the Association.
Schools and associations were visited and detailed information was given about the project.
Parents were informed about the project by attending school official or special celebration days.
The project of the association was explained in detail by making presentations with the invitations of institutions affiliated with the municipalities.
Child development friends attended courses opened by institutions. Trial lessons were given in a few schools.
We met one-on-one with young mothers-to-be and discussed raising their children in new formats with awareness.
We hold some of our meetings in cafes close to schools; Parents who were waiting for their children after school were invited to our meeting and their opinions and suggestions were received.
In some schools, chat about the association with parents waiting for their children in front of the school,
WHAT WE WILL DO NEXT
Hope and Future has set out to be innovative and bold in the future for a more peaceful world.
In today's world, violence and all kinds of violence against women have increased and unfortunately have become unpreventable.
Unfortunately, the calls for help from governments and municipalities, or rather all institutions, have remained unanswered, and all kinds of violence has gradually increased and sadly, it has even reached children in their teenage years.
In fact, from a realistic perspective, they stepped in after the municipalities, through their highly appreciated governments, sought a solution, that is, after the woman was injured, lost her arm or lost her eye with chemical drugs. That is, either in the middle or at the end.
Isn't this too late?
So, what is the answer to the question?! Educating me at an early age will root out all this. Because the tree bends when it is wet.
Hope And Future Association has undertaken this task as the pioneer of change.

How Does?
Here is the solution: -
With a strong team consisting of expert teachers, child development experts, academicians, art psychologists and awareness training with a different discipline.
''Emotion Management'' for children with drama technique: -
-Mental Exercises
-Behavioural Strategies
-If we substitute empathy, sympathy, respectful love, egalitarianism, nonotherizing, non-discriminatory, fair and conscientiousness instead of anger, rage and violence with informational strategies, why would we not be successful?
With supportive education after school, together we can create a peaceful and liable world for our future, free from violence.
At the same time with the children, the parents will try to explain child raising with new formats, drama and artistic techniques with awareness, so that the changes of the children at home will be observed and whether progress has been made will be monitored. Holistic success will be achieved with this complementary education
Hope and Future's second Project is to facilitate the integration of immigrant women into the country they come from.
We know, Language barrier and lack of computer knowledge or the inability to use its capabilities are the biggest difficulties for refugees. We can overcome these too.

Complete the missing trainings English courses by level Entrepreneurship course Makeup course Quality control course We can start, with our teachers who are experts in their fields, our artists, and our friends who have experienced a successful company starting from scratch.

IN CONCLUSION; Hope and Future Worldwide, bold innovator We will achieve this with our strong team in the future and with courageous rational steps.

A mother who has gained financial independence raises happy and problemfree children.
Because a happy mother, a happy child and family, a happy family, a happy society, a happy society, a happy world.
Future plan
The charity is planning to apply for grants and continue raising awareness of their activities by engaging with local networks in Enfield and the surrounding borough. Trustees and volunteers will take opportunity in attending free training through the local CVS in Enfield and will seek capacity building support with development workers
