The We Love Pets Foundation was established to advance animal welfare for the public benefit through the provision of grants, resources and support to pet-related community projects, rescue organisations and individuals in need. 

## **2. Achievements and performance** 

The charity has not carried out any activities or charitable work during the financial year ended 31 March 2025. There were no fundraising activities, grant awards, or operational projects undertaken during this period. 

## **3. Financial review** 

- No income was received during the year. 

- No expenditure was incurred during the year. 

- The charity held no assets or liabilities at the year end. 

As the charity has remained dormant, no reserves have been built up or utilised. 

## **4. Structure, governance and management** 

The charity is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) and is governed by its constitution. The board of trustees has remained in place throughout the year, although no meetings were held and no decisions were required during this period of inactivity.
