## **Achievements and performance** 



|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.||Unveiling Voice began the year as many other<br>organisations in lockdown. It was not until June<br>2021 that Unveiling Voice was able to start<br>meeting again on a low key. This was subject to a<br>Covid-19 Risk Assessment  provided by the<br>Government that we had to abide with the rule for<br>the safety of the people.<br>Unveiling Voice played a significant role since the<br>beginning of Covid-19 by providing counselling<br>assistance, encouragement and giving directions<br>to where people could receive further help.<br>As face to face was difficult, we relied mostly on<br>the social media – zoom, face time and Ms Teams<br>to deliver training and leadership skill to enable<br>people cope with the New-Normal.<br>The results were encouraging, as it benefited and<br>stilling benefiting the society<br>The volunteers got involve in Food-bank with<br>Sainsburys Supermarket to supply prepacked<br>food to the needy and homeless people|
