**time freely to help fundraise for the**
**charity and some loyal supporters who**
**contribute regular prizes for our**
**fortnightly raffle and the tombola stall.**

**increased and luckily, we have three**
**amazing individuals who have offered to**
**take on specific roles within the charity**

**Rachel Wettner, the Founder of**
**Winston’s Wheels Charity was awarded a**
**British Citizen Award in January 2024 for**
**her dedication and hard work on behalf**
**of the charity, which continues to bring**
**furtherpublicity and recognition.**|

**Over the year we have stalls at various different dog shows, the larger ones being All About Dogs at Suffolk and Norfolk, Suffolk Dog Day and Dog Lovers Festival in Derbyshire, as well as various local fairs including our own one. These all give us the opportunity to carry on raising awareness, getting the word out to the general public and offering help and support on a nationwide basis whilst continuing to raise much needed funds. The charity continues to go from strength to strength with more people joining our social media sites and checking out our dedicated website with the number of applications requesting help rising rapidly. As at September 2025 we now have over 1000 wheelchairs and 300 strollers out on loan to people and have helped more than 2000 dogs and other animals, which has included sheep and cats, to stay mobile, thus extending the time that they get to spend with their families and enabling them to carry on enjoying outings and holidays for a lot longer, which without the assistance of the charity would either have not happened or would have been costly on behalf of the family. When the equipment we provide is no longer required it is returned to us. All returned equipment is checked over and maintained before being sent out to the next suitable dog on the waiting list. This means that some wheelchairs and strollers are now out with their third, fourth and in some cases fifth dog.**

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Winstons Wheels Charity for the year ended 30[th] September 2025
## Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act').
I report in respect of my examination of the charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 and, in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
## Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with my examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:
1. 1. Accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act 2011; or
2. 2. The accounts do not accord with those accounting records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
