**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO DEVELOP AS A COMMUNITY BRASS BAND IN ROSSENDALE AND WILL, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT; ADVANCE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN EDUCATION AND APPRECIATION OF BRASS BAND MUSIC IN ALL ITS FORMS BY MEANS OF REHEARSALS, PUBLIC CONCERTS AND OTHER MUSICAL EVENTS WHICH THE PUBLIC WILL HAVE ACCESS TO, TUITION IN THE PLAYING OF BRASS INSTRUMENTS AND BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.

**Activities:** Develop as a community brass band in Rossendale and promote Rossendale music across a wider geographical area. For public benefit: advance, improve, develop and maintain education and appreciation of brass band music in all its forms through rehearsals, public concerts and other musical events. Offer tuition and improvement in the playing of brass instruments.
