## **Structure and details of how it is managed, including how it recruits trustees:** 

We have online church services; Prayer service daily at 06am, midweek (Wednesday) local assembly 07pm & Sunday service 12pm, including ad-hoc prayer campaigns or conferences. 

Services are led by Apostle Victor and Pastor Yvaana 

Ongoing mentoring with members who reach out to the church. 

There is currently no process for recruitment for trustees, as we have not reached that stage yet. 

## **Activities and objectives in the year:** 

Business as usual, as mentioned above. 

## **Achievements and performance:** 

Increased online presence across various social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and TikTok 

Currently looking for a new local assembly location due to challenges with the current venue, expectation of ability to measure ‘public benefit’ statistics and have a new venue for next reporting period. 

## **Financial review:** 

As of March 2024, the charity now has a LLoyds business bank account, and has closed the former online charity account with ‘ZEN Digital Payments’, to receive donations and complete organisation spending.
