incorporated organlsalion and is manag8d by tha Truste8$ as a body.
New trustees a￿ inducted primarity by refertrnce to the Charity Commission welcome pack which
focuses on th8 main duties and responsibilitias of tha role. This provldes e￿ntIal inforn)ation to help
new trus1895.
Th8 Trustèès have conducted their own risk review of the major risks lo whi¢h thè Charity is exposed
and systems wère established lo rniligate Ihesg risks. Risks 8re minimisetl by implemonlin9
pro¢odures for authorisalions of all transactions induding inv8slment decislons. These procedur08
were periodically reviewed to ensure they still met the needs ol the Charity.
