Low Carbon Business Foundation Accounts: 

This charity was set up with good intentions however it was never used 

I did keep it open in case it was likely that the trustees and I would get the time to fund raise and fulfil its purposes however due to changes in our circumstances since the inception this is now unlikely 

I have attempted to fill out CC16A form with the accounts but it doesn’t accept 0’s so I cant add anything to it 

I have already requested the Charity to be closed
