LINK ANGOLA NORTHEAST (L.A.N.E)
Report of the trustees for the year ending 2022
The main purpose of this report, is to demonstrate the work of LANE (Link Angola Northeast) Charity as done along the year of 2022, according to Charities Act 2011 that explain “the charity meaning” and ‟charitable purpose″. And accordingly, with the article; (3) of our constitution that explains the Objectivise of the CIOs .
Our first Annual Report that will be monitor by The Charity Commission aims to provide information for the work done in year 2022. In January 2022 Mr Andajev Goncalvez Da Cruz the Chair-Person of the organisation, went to South of Angola in the Province of kuito Bie to do some charity work, to help poor people specially kids in disadvantage as we collect used items such as cloths, choose, toys. we are working close or partnership with local authorities and independents local associations, as well in local hospitals, we sent to them some donation such as; cloth and shoes, we are also helping them and contribute to build a local football team, to provide training and exercise for kids who dreams to become a future sport stars, but, also to promote health and well-being in district of Calussinga in Province of Kuito Bie in ANGOLA Africa, Last year 2021 was more difficult to work on charity organisation because of the cause of Covid pandemic,with the restricted lock down, was not possible to organise meetings, face-to-face, we organised most of our meeting via WhatsApp video conference, according to article (15) of our constitution says that; Meetings and proceedings of charity trustees. However, most of our meeting talk was more in an attempt to re-construct our organisation, therefore, with our charity constitution acts we have the unanimous decision to remove, Mr Laureano Fernando Neves Tunda , according with the article; ( 12) (Retirement and removal of charity trustees), because he is no longer reside in England.
The charity income
To emphasis the end of financial year, we have been discuss our financial activities, within the organisation in which we are find some difficulties. We have being trying to open an bank account with several banks such as Lloyds Bank and HSBC, unfortunately we didn’t succeeds, as we are facing some problem in our organisation, like; some of the trustees are no longer living in UK as we mentioned in above paragraphs, the need of bring new trustees to our organisation at least at the end of this year will be very import as the banks asked for the full trustees members to open an account to start our financial activities, fund raising and contributions for better function of the organisation. However, to
care out our activities members and trustees of the LANE CHARITY are the one who contribute and donate to sustain our activities and donations, we don’t have a saving amount of money as benefit at the moment. We start to work with our own money contribution, Mr Cruz travel to Angola Africa with his own money, he bought his own travel ticket to Angola, and we contribute with few more mare to help the poor people in Africa.
Its means that, in order to pay a tax assessment the charity income still zero (0)
As a charity, our goals is to focus is to produce this annual report, to explain our financial activity to the commission.

Our key aim is to continue to collect more used items, to make more contribution and work for future donations and fund raising to provide free service for the beneficiaries, to help and assist poor people mostly children’s in need of every walk of life in regardless, race, gender, ethnitnicity, personal financial circumstances in order to fulfil our works plans activities, we have got on our agenda to travel to work in the beginning next year 2023.
Conclusion
Once all this commitments will be viewed by the all trustees and members me Augusto Costa appointed as the vice president will conduct and complete this final year report after being red and approved by all trustees and members.
