governing	document	(b) other forms ofrecreation	and leisure-time	occupation,	with the object
		of improving the conditions	of life for the inhabitants.
		Nothing in this constitution	shall authorise an application		ofthe property
		ofthe CIO for the u oses	which are not charitable.
