We work on the principles of the Sikh faith of recognizing and serving the human race as one regardless of religion race or gender by sharing what you have with those that are less fortunate. ## **Summary of the main activities undertaken for public benefit:** The prevention of relief of poverty ## **Achievements and performance** **Summary of the charity main achievements:** Soul Aid provided hot meals, snacks and refreshments to food banks and the local community across several borough in London & Essex throughout the year. This year was a very challenging year due to the cost of living crisis. Soul Aid continued to serve the community in need all year round without letting the current economic crisis affect our outreach programs. The homeless were given support all year round, Winter packs were also handed out to the homeless. A number of lives have been transformed, including the lives of volunteers.
