The Trustees have adopted the provisions of the Statment of Recommended Practice (SORP)
Accounting and Rcporting by Charities issued in 2005 in preparing the annual report
and fmancial staterncnts of the Charity.

According to the provisions of the Chanti8s Act 1993. the Commrttee has agreed that and audit is not
