Supporting this group of<br>parents to participate in the<br>wider community by<br>providing opportunities for<br>connection with others with<br>whom they have shared<br>experiences, providing<br>opportunities for co-<br>produced activities, while<br>providing holistic support to<br>assist their participation.<br>2.  Alleviating the distress<br>caused by parent’s previous<br>experiences of social<br>exclusion, and providing on-<br>going support for parents<br>who are managing the<br>trauma and loss of having a<br>child removed from their<br>care, and the further social<br>exclusion that this brings.<br>3.   Raising awareness<br>among professionals who<br>work with this particular<br>group of parents as well as<br>the wider health network by<br>highlighting their<br>experiences of social<br>exclusion and the challenges<br>that result from this.<br>4.   Raising public<br>awareness of the needs and<br>experiences of this particular<br>group of parents in relation<br>to their social exclusion and<br>experiences by highlighting<br>the context of their<br>experience, stigma and<br>discrimination they<br>experiences which impacts<br>on their ability to integrate<br>into society.<br>5.
